- Orders of €110 or more: Free shipping
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 5–10 business days
- Carriers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS
Applicable taxes are included in the corresponding product prices. Relevant customs clearance procedures are handled by our logistics providers. Under normal circumstances, you will not need to pay additional customs clearance or related import charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Because orders generally enter processing or shipping within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, cancellation may be limited once an order has entered processing or transit.

We provide return and exchange services, with a standard 30-day return period.
The 14-day withdrawal arrangement is separate from our 30-day return policy and applies only where applicable.
For voluntary returns, customers generally bear the return shipping cost. Returns related to product quality issues or shipping damage may receive return handling in accordance with the applicable policy.
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 1–3 business days and returned to the original payment method. The actual time for funds to appear may vary depending on the relevant bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
